The essence of my cuisine is the accumulation of over 30 years of exquisite culinary experience. I’ve learned from some of the best in the business, cooking with and working for some of the top chefs on the planet. Combined with my love of food, I have earned the title Master Chef as well as personal chef to the stars, and I accept these titles understanding the great responsibility that comes with them. I have been the personal chef for Grammy Award winning recording artist Mary J. Blige for four years. I have catered to the likes of baseball legend Gary Sheffield, R&B superstar Keyshia Cole, Emmy and Gold Globe award winning actress Halle Berry and comedy genius Jim Carrey. They all hired me and enjoyed my cuisine for a reason. I love food, and I cook with love and a skill that I’ve worked long and hard to learn. My company was the exclusive caterer to the world renowned Santa Barbara Polo Club.
The fact is, I cook every single dish I make with the same intensity, same love and same eye to perfection as I did for those celebrity clients, and that’s why they chose me and my company to provide the fine dining experience that their status has earned.

I’ve catered lavish weddings in exotic locations. Traveled on long tours cooking from Presidential suite kitchens. I’ve catered celebrity polo match luncheons that were arranged for more than two thousand guests, lavishly set up on the middle of the polo fields.
